At miniimagic.com, we strive to deliver the best experience for our customers. To maintain fairness and transparency, please review our detailed guidelines regarding returns, replacements, and claims below.

1. General Terms & Non-Returnable Conditions

• Valid Reasons Only: Products once sold are not eligible for a general return or exchange without a legitimate and verified reason.

• Exclusions for Customization: Any personalized or customized products are crafted specifically for you and are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances.

• Strictly No Used Items: Products that show signs of usage, wear and tear, or alteration will not qualify for any return or refund.

• Eligible Exceptions: You may only request a return if the received item is physically damaged or if a completely incorrect model/item was delivered to you.

2. Mandatory Claim Requirements (Strictly Enforced)

To protect both our customers and our store from transit discrepancies, all claims must strictly satisfy the following criteria:

• Continuous Unboxing Video: You must provide an uninterrupted unboxing video starting from the sealed package (showing the shipping label clearly) all the way through the complete opening and inspection of the product without any cuts or edits.

• Reporting Window: You must formally submit your claim along with the complete unboxing video via Email or WhatsApp within 2 days (48 hours) of the package delivery timestamp. Requests raised after this window will automatically be deemed invalid.

3. Replacements & Damaged Goods (Dead On Arrival)

• Defective Item Exchange: If you receive an item in a defective (Dead On Arrival) or damaged state, it is eligible for a brand-new replacement.

• Packaging & Serial Integrity: To process a replacement, the product must be shipped back to miniimagic.com packed securely with all original packaging, accompanying accessories, and untampered serial numbers/tags.

• Fast-Track Dispatch: Once the returned item reaches our facility and passes verification, your replacement order will be dispatched promptly.
